Accessibility at Brixton Jamm

Accessibility Overview

We want everyone to enjoy our events, feel safe and be part of the action. We’re here to help you make an informed decision about the facilities we have on site and how best to enjoy our events.

Wheelchair Accessibility

Our venue is mostly at ground level. All the areas are accessible and for those areas that are at a slightly raised or lowered height, a portable ramp can be provided. Some of the direct routes between the different areas are not fully accessible but assistance can be asked for at any time from the staff to take people to and from rooms via the accessible routes.

Accessible Toilets

The venue has an accessible toilet located in the front room. This can be accessed from any area regardless of which area the event is taking place in. Assistance can be asked for at any time from the staff to take people to and from the accessible toilet via the accessible routes. This toilet is equipped with a RADAR key system, various grab rails to assist mobility and an emergency assistance alarm.

Waiting & Queuing

If you are unable to queue for an extended period, we can arrange a box office queue jump, you’ll need to pre-arrange this. Your name will be put on the box office list and on the night you’ll be able to head straight to the box office & security check area.
