Room 1

HOT CHIP DJ Set

Hot Chip have been flying high for a number of years now with awards and nominations throughout the music industry a regular occurrence for this electro band. Their DJ sets are known to be layered with electro, dubstep and techno and will no doubt cause the usual road block that comes with all they do!

Runsounds DJ collective

Run is a London based collective founded and organised by Chris Box. The focus is on pushing deep techno and new electronic sounds with as much emphasis on the growing local scene as on the established international one.

Chris Box has played alongside many internationally renowned artists. He started off chopping and cutting up techno and electro at warehouse and outdoor parties across London and Europe in the 90s with Sonic Sound System. Recent times have seen the bpms drop & the music get deeper and more stripped down.
Russell Skellon has toured across most of Europe. In 2001 Russ and Chris began a series of parties called Motronic, with the aim of incorporating quality music alongside live visuals. In 2003 Russ moved to Brazil and headlined the Amparo Music Festival and played at various other major clubs and radio stations across Sao Paulo.
