Oh no, I’ve lost something! What happens now?

If you lose something please contact andre@brixtonjamm.org with LOST PROPERTY as your subject and we will deal with your request asap.

Can I have a private party?

To book the venue for your event you can contact: hire@brixtonjamm.org

To simply book your birthday party in at one of our events, contact: birthday@brixtonjamm.org

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes there’s a cloakroom located in the bar room as you enter the venue.

Is there a dress code at your club?

We operate a casual dress code. Please no track-suit bottoms or baseball caps.

What are the age restrictions at your club?

We operate a strict Over 18’s policy. Valid I.D. will be needed as proof of age on the door.

Can you buy tickets direct from the club?

If you’d like to purchase tickets direct from the club, email us at info@brixtonjamm.org or call us on 07517 465 613.

I’ve bought tickets online which say ‘Box Office Collection’ – what does this mean?

Just show up at the door as normal and bring your I.D, so we can validate your entry.

If I’ve lost my ticket or not got a confirmation email, what should I do?

Contact the online vendor you bought it through for a replacement. Failing that drop us an email or call us 07517 465 613 / info@brixtonjamm.org

What are the payment options at the venue?

Our bars accept cash and all major credit cards except AMEX – but it’s £10 minimum charge. If you’re paying at the door it will need to be in cash.

Can I get press passes to an event?

If you work for a credible news source or press organisation we’ll do our best to help you out. Email oliver@brixtonjamm.org stating your name, who you’re working for and the intended purpose of your visit and we’ll go from there…

Can I take photos at your events?

Click away! We’d love it even more if you uploaded to social media hubs and tagged us @brixtonjamm

Is there parking at your venue?

There is no on site parking available, local parking is available at Loughborough Road.

What public transport links are there?

Buses: Brixton Road is serviced by the 3, 59, 133, 159, 415, N3, N109 and N133 bus routes. www.tfl.gov.uk

Tube: Brixton Station is the closest station to our venue and is app a 5 minute walk away, serviced by the Victoria Line. Stockwell and Oval Stations are also a short distance away and are both serviced by the Northern Line.

How can I work at your club?

Send us your CV to info@brixtonjamm.org, along with a recent photo! Make sure you make all of your skills really clear so that we know what you’re good at! We’ll keep it in mind, if anything suitable arises.

Can I volunteer at Brixton Jamm?

Jamm is a hub of creativity. We’re not only home to a club, we’re home to a record label, a music agency and lots more! If working in events or music is your passion and you’re simply looking to gain some experience, email us on info@brixtonjamm.org and tell us a little bit about what you see yourself doing.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your interest or keep you in mind for anything that might arise in the near future.
